I am married to a US citizen and I am looking into Consular Processing. Anyone know how the whole removing of condition works with Consular Processing. The reason i ask is that with CP its the State Department that is doing the processing. So where do I have to go and remove conditions on my marriage after two years of GC? Do I have to go back to the consulate that approved my GC or do I have to go to my local INS office?
