Removing conditions on a conditional greencard

Hi,
I received my greencard recently and I am aware that I have to apply to remove the conditions on my case. I have a few questions if anyone could have any idea i would appreciate. about the interview. do we have to file another I-864 before this interview? My wife, for the next few years, has to be in another state to complete her phd and I am going to be here in SC working. would this cause any trouble for the case?

Your wife can go to school anywhere she wants but there has to be a prove of consistent visitation, travelling tickets.. etc.. and all the supporting documents you had earlier must also be in progress and updated,, ''remeber they have copies of them,, so all they would do is to check for updates and conclude if you guys arestill legit or not,,, but going to school should notbe a problem as long as she is home on breaks, holidays and has only one home which the 2 of you live togetehr.. the out of state housing should be considered a temporary residence for her.
