removing conditional resident status (I-751)

I am a conditional permanent resident which expires on 04/07.
I got divorced and now going to apply for removal of conditional resident status (I-751).
Need to know how long does it take to receive the permanent resident status if everything goes well?
 
hi there,it could take any where from 6months to a year, provide loads of evidence that your marriage was real. good luck

When you file the I751 your receipt extends your greencard for 1 year.
