Removing a TD Visa

I am I TN holder and my wife is a TD holder, just renewed. I am Canadian and she is Mexican. We are divorcing and as her TD is dependant on my TN, I would like to remove my sponsorship and responsibility. I have heard that a letter to USCIS can withdraw her TD, but I have not been able to find anything to that effect on line.

Any help is appreciated.

What "sponsorship" or "responsibility" are you referring to? How does whether she stays in the US or not affect you in any way?

Once you are divorced she is no longer your dependent and will automatically lose derivative status.
