Hi
I am in the process of getting waiver (No objection waiver). I printed the apllication with waiver case number and I included the attorneys name who is actively invloving in my wifes waiver process (Medical). When I contacted attorney and came to know that their billing rate is more than I expected. Now I came to know through our fridends that I dont need attorney for this. Now How can I remove the attorney name and her address in the waiver application form 3035. I not yet sent the application to the attorney's office. I really need help to save $ 500 - 1000.
