Hello! My friend and her sister they crossed the border last year 2022, and they had a hearing scheduled for June 1st 2023, thye both never showed up, so obviously, the judge ordered Removal for both. I just found out that. One of them have an appointment to have her DL in NJ where you don't need legal status for that. My question is, because she is in removal proceedings do you think if ok for her to go to DMV?
