My asylum application was referred to a Judge who denied my asylum but granted withholding of removal proceeding in 2005. Since then I have been paying my taxes every year and also renewing EAD every single year.
The question is whether or not I still have a chance of bringing my family to the USA. If there is, then what steps should I take or look into in doing so. Does anybody know of anyone who I can get in contact with to help me with this process?
