Removal of Conditions

I have a sticky situation here. I am a legal alien, good job, education etc. I got married June 2008, filed for the GC and got it. Things were going well till she started seeing someone else. My wife is a US citizen. Finally she got pregnant by this other guy. She moved out of the house we shared back to her parents. She constantly threatens to divorce me at the beckoning of her lover. Now I am due for removal of conditions proceeding this September.

I volunteered to help her financially for the time being and to provide insurance for her and the child till she gets back to work (as she just had a baby last week). I am being a nice guy, wanted to see the baby but she said no, her baby's dad was there with her at her parent's house. Thats not a problem for me.

This morning i got back from work, ( I am a nurse, i worked last night), went to sleep. Just woke up a few minutes ago and seen a text from her that she needs some money. I also got a voice mail from her mom (my mother-in-law) that "unless i giver her daughter some money, the marriage will be over'. That was her voice mail. I can give her some money when she needs one but am not cool with he threats and blackmail.

I dont know what my options are: should i divorce her or just wait till she files for divorce ? if i divorce her, what are my chances of having my removal of conditions done while divorced?

Any answers/suggestions will help as i need to know what my options and rights are. Thanks guys.

Do not fall for blackmail it will never end.you dnt have money to give to blackmailers.wait and let triple citizen read your question he will be the best to advice you,but i will say file for divorce now.i believe you can file the 175 form now.

i have no legal advice for you pal. but it might help if you saved those messages maybe you can record them on a tape recorder may come in handy.

i wish you luck man, its a sucky situation but i hope it all works out for you.
