Removal of Conditions

Hi

Sorry if these questions have been answered already but I couldnt find one thread which talked about it all. I got my green card through my wife (married 12/27/05) in 07/06/2007. My green card has an expiry date of 07/06/2009. I was a frequent reader of this forum when I applied for my gc and from what I remember I need to apply for I751 and N400, but I cant find any information on how to do so. I have the following questions:

1. When can I apply for removal of conditions? Do I need to wait for July this year or can I start applying now?
2. Can anyone tell me the process for applying for removal of conditions.

You are not eligible for N400 yet.
1. Apply within 90 days before the expiration of your CGC
2. Go to the USCIS website, download instructions for I 751 and read.

I have a slightly different dillema. I will be getting married to my longtime girlfriend who is a US citizen, with whom I have a daughter, next month. Once I go through the process and get my EAD, I will be enlisting in the Marines. I understand I will get a conditional greencard but with Presidential Executive Order 13269 which grants non citizens in the military immediate access to citizenship, will my
N-400 be denied on the basis that it is not yet within the 90 day period for my CGC?
 
I believe if you get enlisted in the military at the time that you are a legal resident, you are elligible for the fast track citizenship. Then you'll be filiing for citizenship base on your active milirary status instead of marriage to a USC even though your GC is conditional.

I think you have to be actually deployed to active duty to be eligible for fast track citizenship. Enlisting is not sufficient.

That shouldn't be a problem. Not worried about getting deployed. My recruiter doesn't deal with too many immigrants enlisting so she was clueless on how the fast track to citizenship worked. I'll do some more digging to get a straight answer from another recruiter. Thanks for response.
