Remerrage to same girl who gave divorce to me(for I-751)...can I?

My wife gave me divorce, after 5 months from when i came to usa.
my conditional card will exp. in dec 2004.i came to usa on jan 2003 and she gave me divorce in jul2003, because for someone. but now she betrayed from that person.

she know my email address and so she wrote me brife e-mail and ask me to forgive about the divorce and come back to her.

now i want to ask you that CAN I REMERRAGE TO SAME GIRL WHO GAVE ME DIVORCE. because she want me to back to her. there is any solution for this.can court disolve our divorce and let remerrage us.

and if you think or know that we can remarrage i also want to know that if we file jointly for remove condition on my green card, the INS department approve our(my) I-751 pition.

i want to to ask that anybudy have good information on that then please give me some useful information for what i have to do next.....because i have big tension for this....like what happen to me next?...

Hi, if you want to re-marry your ex because you are afraid you will not be granted PR, then don't do it. You can remove conditions without you wife if the divorce was not your fault, meaning since your wife filed for the divorce and not you. So long as you have proof the you entered into the marriage with good faith and not for green card, you will be fine, just have enough proof and file for removal of conditions on the bases that your wife left you, you did not leave her. Since she granted you the divorce, it is said to be final and you can't go back. you will have to re-marry her and start from scratch again.
 
and one more thing, keep that e-mail she sent to you and print it for your records, it is a piece of proof in your corner, try to file for removal of conditions in October 2004.
 
VIDASH is correct. Speak to your attorney. If you do not have one, get one. You will need one. This is not impossible but it is a long way from an easy filing.
