Remanded to State from SF-DOL

Hi guys.

Recently my case was remanded to state. Job-code is 999.151.032 (s/w enginner). I learnt from this forum that this means my RIR case was turned to non-RIR.

My question is whether there is a way to reverse this?

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you receive a notice from the DOL with 3 options, one of them being to re-test the market?

Or was your case directly remanded to the state?
