remaining 2001 and Jan 2002 cases

It seems USCIS will clear/adjudicate all the pending cases for 2001 and jan 2002 cases.


This may be due to the Law suit we filed.

There is no doubt that the lawsuit is a rude wake up call to them

how do you know? It's still very slow. and only a few cases have been approved.

The lawsuit is filed during holiday period (12/22). Ideally the holiday period would have ended in first week of January and i guess we have seen more approvals this week than before holidays(before lawsuit) period.

I bet they haven't started to take a look yet. Everything is slow at BCIS.

Today, rupnet has 11 approvals. I haven't seen more than 10 approvals on rupnet in the past 9 months.
