Hope you are doing well. I am a us citizen naturalized in 2011. I married my wife in 2005 and she travelled to usa in 2005 lawfully on H-4 visa. My wife got her green card in 2009 and my kids were born in usa in 2006 and 2008 and hold usa passports.
We had to relocate back to india for family reasons and my wife filed her I 407 - abandonment of lawful permanent resident status on April 11,2014 at the New Delhi embassy and took a b1 visa valid till 2024
We are thinking of potentially moving to USA In near future.
The options we are contemplating are:
2. Before traveling, Apply for I130 in india using consular processing and apply for K3 visa if needed.

- Travel to NY on my wife’s current B-1, if we like it there, then apply for I 130 there and then her adjustment of status for green card.
