Hi,
I have submitted my I-140, I-485 in Vermont BCIS.
The I-140 was approved and I-485- on pending.
I'm planning to relocate to California.

1)Do I have to change my Greencard case (I-485, renewal of I-765 & I-131) to California BCIS?
2) If yes, How does it work?
3) Is there any risk involved?

Please be advised that in California I'll work using my EAD and
the employer will be sponsoring my case.

Thanks much,
Yigef.

Nope. You don't have to change the case. Just fill out and send AR11. USCIS will take care of transferring if reqd.

No Risk

Hi Dyno,
Thankyou very much for your help.
Another question though, when the time comes to renew the EAD and AP, should I apply through Vermont or California.

Thanks,
Yigef.

Thanks,

For renewal apply to the Service center where your 485 is pending at that time.

To be specific, if your case gets transferred to another service center apply to that center.
