Religous Asylum

Hello,

I am from Bosnia. When i was a kid i was living in Germany, and when the war ended we had to move back. After the war ended it was dificult to live here. I am living in an area where muslims are living, and there is always conflict between them and us. I could not even go into a store without fear that someone attacks me. People are here much different, and i never could get used on it. I have a aunt in San Hose California that said that i shoud ask your immigration lawyers if i could applicate for asylum.

life being difficult or fear from Muslims is not enough , you have to have a strong case this wont do it . you have to prove that you re personally targeted because of your religion . and that the government can not protect you and there is no place in your country you can relocate to . also international reports about your country has to support your claims .

as i see it , you have no credible fear , your case is very weak , consult a lawyer , i suggest you contact more than one lawyer before coming to the united states to apply for asylum
