Hi,

Last evening we received our approval notices from Lincoln Nebraska. It was a great relief to see the e-mail notification.

Could some one advise whether one needs to wait for the actual approval letter or we could approach the local offices with the approval notices to get the passports stamped?

I wish the rest of you a speedy and positive resolution on your applications. And thanks for all the support the community has been in learning more about the entire process. And a special thanks to Mr. Khanna for getting us to "meet" here.

Case Details:

EB 2 - RIR process.
RD Nov. 02 - LIN03040XXXXX (for both spouse and myself)
Two sets of EAD cards and two sets of Parole Visas.
FP - July 2003
RFE received - May 26, 2004 (EVL)
RFE Responded - June 14, 2004

Approval Date - July 06, 2004 (for both spuse and myself).

Good luck to all... :)

Congratulations.. Very nice to hear NSC has started processing FY2003 cases...

Just a quick question... do you work for a large company... or do you work for a company that has many GC applicants already cleared... Please share this information if you dont mind...

Thanks in advacne

Mid Cap company

I work for a medium sized company (about 3000 in the US). But the number of GC applicants from the company are very few. Additionally I am not in the IT / Technology Sector (if it is pertinent).

3000 is a lot, compared to the consulting firm with just 30 employees and 29 employees applied for GC ...just curious to know the remaining "one employee" ? ....figure it out !...

sairam: Thank you for asking this question ...some time it makes alot of sense to understand further ....

Thanks for the information. Would it be fair to assume that you are either an EB2 employee or a L1 employee... Thanks again
