Relationship might cause problems?!HELP!!!

Hi,
I came to the US with an B1/B2 Visa in july 2001, met my boyfriend and went back to germany in july 2002 after getting an extension! He came to visit me twice in Germany and I decided to come back to California in 2003, but never intended to marry him. Tried to get another extension which got denied June 2004 and stayed here! Now we got married in July 2005 and I'm not sure if we can be honest about our relationship etc.! Like I said we never talked about getting married, but we decided to so so now and wanna file for AOS!!!

Please, any advice or someone with the same problem help us!!!!!

I would be as honest as you can be - it's alot easier!
As for your overstay. they will generally forgive that if you're married to a US citizen. The point is, you entered the US legally.
I would file everything as soon as possible. And do not leave the US, under any circumstances, until you've received your green card, or you will incur a 10 year ban.
