Is there any link between FP and 485 approval?
There are many cases in the 485 forum got approved in 2-3 weeks/motnhs after FP2.In this thread too there are lots of cases from July 03 to March 04 who got their first FP in last couple of months. I am sure many of them got FP earlier than they anticipated.
According to Murthy.com, USCIS has policy not to send FP unless case is ready fo adjudcation.
Do you guys think 485 file is ready to get processed whoes FP is completed? Or USCIS has changed their policy and will issue FP to every 485 filers and take looooong time to process them????
