It is very unfortune that my parents visa got regected third time.
1st time they said that they will take care of grandchild in USA.
2nd Time they said I did not file my tax returns in US properly, but they did not see that i worked for two company that year and not one company.
This time they had all the paperworks but they did not see any financial document. they just requested for 2 months instead of 6 months visa. They only asked for my letter to grant visitor visa to my parents. But they rejected on the ground that, your both sons are in USA. And they are not eligible.
Under presumption of immegration section 214b, which shows to proove good enough ties in India. They had all business, property papers with them. What more can we show to show the strong ties?
Also, This time i asked NJ Senators to send letter to the mumbai consulate, which they did. But It seems the mumbai consulate had not even looked at the email from Senator.
Does any one know of such case where visa has been rejected on such a ground? And What does not eligible mean? not Eligible now or not Eligible forever.
