Hello. I came to the USA on K1, after marriage my husband sent I485 and got rejestion. The notice says:
You application was submitted with a single remittance...
Based on the information you provided, your priority date could not be established. Please resubmit your application with the proper documentation... The following documents may be provided:
Your original Form I-130..., or
Your original Form I-360..., or
A copy of your form I-797..; or other evidence...
As far as we got married within 90 days we don't need form I130. Am I right?
So we are supposed to send I797, but the only documents my husband has saved after applying for K1 visa are I797C(receipt notice) and also a letter from Bureau of Consular Affairs, Saying that form I129F was received and approved. These documents were in the file we sent but still got rejestion.
When we called NCSC they just told us to write a letter saying I am here on K1 visa. It is sounds strange to me because all the documents proving it were in the file from the beginning. I am afraid that we can get another rejection notice if send the same documents.
Can somebody help us with advise? Thank you soooo much.
