Hi,

A week ago my husband and I sent to the Chicago PO Box a package with a concurrent filing of forms I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131.
We got married in May while I was in the US as a Visa waiver visitor.
Today I have received a package from the Chicago PO Box with three rejection notices, one for the I-130 and the other two for the I-131 and I-765 respectively.

Still for some reason the USCIS has kept only I-485 and they returned back I-130 with a letter saying that: This BCIS location can only process I-130 applications that are submitted with form I-485 when a visa number is immediately available for the beneficiary’s immigration category. Please file your form I-130 at the BCIS Service Center with jurisdiction over your place of residence.

For the other two forms (I-131 and 1-765) they attached letters saying:
The entire application package you filed along with any fees you submitted is being returned to you for the following reason:
The principal application could not be accepted for the reason specified on the related Notice of Action (Form I-797). Therefore the processing of al riding applications cannot continue.
Did anybody have similar situation? I understand that I should send I-130 to Nebraska now, but what about I-131 and I-765, shouldn’t they be sent to the same address to I-485?
