Guys, I didn't find much material here on the options available to someone if his I-485 is rejected for some reason..
What options are available to him..???
- Does he have to leave US immediately?
- How long can he stay in US after I-485 is rejected?
- Can he file for a new H1 while still in US?
- OR does he have to leave US and file a new H1?
- Is there a way to dispute the decision with INS?
