My wife and I got our first FP notices in December 04 and got them done on the 15th of Feb. On the 22nd of March an RFE was issued on my wifes case. The RFE is for legal status and my lawyer has replied to it. The strange part is that along with the RFE we also got a 2nd FP notice for my wife. This time around the FP is with code three and requests Biometrics. At this point I am not sure if the FP notice is a mistake or if my wifes initial FP was rejected. She was actually able to go to the office yesterday and get her 2nd FP done. The FP office suggested that her first FPs might have been rejected but they could not tell by looking at her first FP in the system. They said that it was very clear.
I guess I will call the FBI tomrrow and try to look into this but would appreciate any input you guys might have.
