I did my fingerprinting (FP) 2 months ago, and got rejected not sure why. i went to local USCIS where I submitted my last FP to reschedule again but they asked me to contact Infopass.
Immigration officer at Infopass said since recently i did fingerprinting they cant schedule it again within few months and said i have to wait for next fingerprinting schedule notice which they cant say when i will get it.
I know usually i get every year so i dont want to wait for another yr to fix this problem.
any idea what i need to do? contacted USCIS customer representative but nt much help.
