I need serious help. I was out of status because I dropped out of school for one semester due to lack of finances. I recently applied for reinstatement and was denied even though I have been attending school for the last 2 semesters and I am already even registered for the fall 2005 semester. Can anyone tell me my chances of being issued a new visa since I have to go back to my country with my new I-20 to apply for a new visa? I am afraid because I do not want to go back and be denied a visa because if that happens I will be screwed and that means my 2 years of college in the US have been wasted. Please help me.
