Regular to Premium processing

I recently applied for my H1B extention in regular processing. But now I would like to convert into premium processing. Can this be possible?

One more question: My current H1B expires in Aug 04. If I convert my petition into premium processing NOW, will INS accepts my petition? In otherwords, are there any timelines defined by INS on how many months prior to the visa expiry they accept petitions for extention?

Yes there is a timeline. It is 6 months or less before your H1 expiry. You have no problem in converting to Premium.
