how long is regular processing if i file right now in CA?
can anyone explain me the timeline? thanks

California SWA is at Apr 2001 for regular and Aug. 2002 for RIR
SF Regional is at : May 2002 for regular and Sept. 2002 for RIR

So if you file right now it will take following yr/month to process:

in Non-RIR: 3 years and 5 months
in RIR: 1 years and 9 months

It is difficult to predict...

If I remember correctly, CA regular is in April 2001 for a while now (over 6 months???). Unless there is a reasonable indication of number of cases it is almost impossible to predict the time it takes to reach today's date!
I would think CA regular is pretty hopeless at the moment in the absense of any changes by the SESA/DOL. On the other hand if there is no other option, then at least filing now and locking in the priority date is not a bad option!
