Registering on the BCIS Web Site

Hi,

I went to the BCIS web site to register. I have filed my N-400 and have received my Finger Print Notice. I went to the following web site: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/termsconditions.jsp?contextType=CU_EN

The Problem is that here I am supposed to fill out my name etc. But where do I put in my receipt #?? Without inputting the receipt # how can I track my case??

Also am I supposed to put in my real name and e-mail address while registering?

You have to register first and than it will give you option of adding you receipt number and yes you can put in you name and email address.It is incase they want to contact you they have correct information.

As dckaraja said, once you register, you will be able to add your receipt number in your portfolio. You can even add both your and your spouse' receipts to have them in one place.

Also am I supposed to put in my real name and e-mail address while registering?

Hmmm.... obviously yes on the email.
