Hi,
I am currently on an H-1B visa. I am planning to register a company while. I have a couple of questions. I hope I can get the basic answers to these questions before I move ahead.
1) Can I do it? Is it possible to register a company while I am on an H-1B visa with another company?
2) Can I transfer my H1 visa to that company once I register it? Any concerns/details to look into?
3) Any website where I can get good details on this subject? I realise this would be easier for other folks.
Looking forth to brief answers only, detailed answers always more than welcome, though.
