regd surrender I-94

Hi,

I am travelling to India next week and will be using AP to enter US.

Q1. While leaving from US, what documents I have to surrender (old expired I-94 on passport etc.)

Q2. When coming back to US, do I have to surrender both AP copies to officer or what?

1- You need to surrender only your most recently-issued I-94 (even if it's expired, you need to surrender it to the airline).

2- You need to submit (not surrender) your two AP copies. One of them might be retained by CBP and the other returned to you, or they may both be returned to you (depending on the officer). But general procedure is to carry both with you.
