Substituted Pre Approved LC, is it still available or not???

Hi All,

I have a doubt regarding the LC substitution....I heard that USCIS or DOL, would get rid of the "substitution of pre-approved Labors"....Has it been implemented yet??...i know there are discussion going on with in hte respective agencies,but have they put it in law now???

Please let me knon, iam sure there are lot of rumers going around that LC cannot be substituted hencefort.
