My six years of H1B expires in June 2010. My Labor was approved in Feb 2009 and I-140 was approved in Jan 2010.
When I joined my current company in 2008, they had applied for a H1B petition for 3 years. So, the I-94 on my H1B approval notice has an expiry date of Apr 2011.
