Regd. a solution to file my H1 Visa

Hello Rajiv,



I am in US since Dec 2021 on H4 Visa. Last year, I filed my H1B Visa as a Business Analyst, through a consultancy in US. Though my H1 was picked, it was denied by the USCIS. I am not provided with the denial reasons.



Query: In case I plan to file my H1 next year, can I file on other skills than what i filed last year? will there be any risk?



PS: Our existing visa is in process of renewal (exp Sep 2023).

Hi Nisha, there could be several reasons behind H1B visa denial such as incomplete documentation, wages issue, ineligibility of employer, lack of speciality occupation, Cap issue or timing issue. Did you ask your consultancy?

I have been following up with my consultants to share a copy of my H1 B denial
Letter, but they are not willing to share. Request you to advise on any means to get the letter from them.
