Regarding title

Hello all,
I am going for H1 stamping next week. My concern is my H1 approval position is Programmer/Analyst and I am working as a Database Admin right now, so in Form DS156 what should I put? Programmer/Analyst of Database admin ?

Can anybody help in this matter please?

it is better you give a title that is relevant to the job of a programmer analyst, otherwise you may be in trouble.
