I have valid L1 Visa upto 2008 Dec through employer A. I will be travelling to US on L1 B visa in mean time i got receipt for H1 B Visa application through employer B. MY Questions are
1) Can i work in L1 even after H1 is approved i,e after Octpber 2007 also.
2) Will there be change in Visa status once H1 is approved.
3) Can i work on L1 still Dec 2008 and then think of change of jon on this H1 if it approved.
Please let me know
