I received my plastic card three weeks back.but spouse didn't.her online message says,
On January **, 2004, the card or document we had mailed to the applicant was returned by the post office because they could not deliver it. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
we called the ins and updated our address ,they told us they are going to send the card but till now we didn't receive it.we didn't change our address since our approval.
