My labor was approved. And my company's lawyer got approval for that. But we did not recieved any copy of that labor. It looks like lost and we have been waiting for 5 months now. Now can my company's lawyer can ask DOL to send us copy of that. As my labor was file on Dec 2001 and got approved on Dec 2002.
What should we do know?

Attorney can file I-140 for you and at the same time he needs to attach a letter in which he requests the INS officer to request a duplicate labor from a Certifying officer at the DOL.

Check following paragraph taken from DOL website:

Certifying Officers shall issue duplicate labor certifications
only upon the written request of a Consular or Immigration Officer. Certifying Officers shall issue such duplicate certifications only to the Consular or Immigration Officer who submitted the written request. An alien, employer, or an employer or alien's agent, therefore, may petition an Immigration or Consular Officer to request a duplicate from a Certifying Officer.

But in my case we got approval but we did not copy of labor .So how do we know to ask which INS officer. Is that anyone in my area like VSC.
 
I am not sure about your question.

Once DOL approves the case, your attorney will receive 750A/B back from DOL with "APPROVED" stamped on it.

Are you saying you never received 750A/B back from DOL after they approved your labor?

Ask your attorney to ask DOL for a duplicate copy with out wasting any time .. and follow usnycus advice..
