Regarding Priority Date..

Hi All,

I am new to this forum. I am posting this on behalf of my husband. Last week my husband received his I-140 approval notice and in that Priority Date shows Jan 6th 2003.

Gurus, could you all please tell me is it the date as PD we need to keep and also could some one tell me what date now USCIS processing regarding I-485.

Any help will be appreciated.

What is the EB category? As of now only category EB3 has a priority date of March 1 2002 and these are for countries india, philiphines, china.
