regarding port of entry

My parents arrived to US from Philidelphia and they had taken return ticket too. The departure port of return in return ticket was Philidelphia.

Can I change the departure port of return other than Philidelphia when they return back ?

Is that possible ??

yes sir. entry is the problem, they dont care how and where you leave from.....

If I understood you correctly, they can leave from any port ... say, if they came from Philidelphia, they can still leave from New York. Am I correct ??
