Regarding Original approval notice -

Folks,
My case was approved on 9/27/01. I recd the courtesy copy 1 week later on 10/5/01. The lawyer has not recd the original notice till today. I am unable to go for PP stamping? Is this a normal scenario? How long should I wait before calling the IIO?
