Hi,
My father in law who has become US citizen applied for family based Green card for his daughter in India.But, now the immigration is asking them him to establish relationship between father/mother and daughter.He also has to show that they are legal parents/married before their daughter was born. But he dosen't have a marriage certificate since he married in 1970 and daughter born on 1976..They just have daughter's birth certificate...How to provide registered marriage certificate when its not there for father in law?
