Regarding Job Change and INS

Hi Folks:

I'm new in this forum. I need to know, Is it really necessary to imform INS if one changes his/her job after 180 days or just keep silent and wait for an RFE.

And let say if INS doesn't issue RFE and approves the case, should we still inform INS or remain silent.

Please advice.
