I have applied for EAD and AP renewal for myself and my husband 30 days backs at VSC (paper filing), but it is not yet approved and my EAD will be expiring in the month of October. I have two questions :
a) I applied 100 days earlier to expiry, is this good enough, b'cause I just happened to see in USCIS website that renewal has to be 6 months before, is this any new rule?
b) When should we apply for interim EAD, and what is the process involved with this?
