Recently, I received Canadian PR visa and we are planning to enter Canada soon. Will they keep my I-94 when entering in Canada? We\'ll stay in Canada for one week and will be back to USA. Thanks in advance.
They can take your I-94 depending on the immigration officer. If they does, you are screwed. You won\'t be able to enter US(unless you have a valid H1B visa in your passport) without an valid I-94.It happened to my friend and they had lots of problems when entering.
