Regarding I-864

Can I file I-864 form jointly with my uncle for my father if I'm a permanent resident and a student? I'm dependent on my husband financially and he is on H-1. So is it possible for me to be a cosponser on the I-864 form for my father?
Your response is highly appreciated..Also If yes, then please let me know what is the procedure??

If you and your husband have been filing joint returns then yes you can. If not, it gets a little complex but still I would think you should be able to.
