I am going to file my I-485. Do i need to mention all the company experiences which i have mentioned in the I-140 application while filing I-485?
In my I-140 apllication i have mentioned around 6 companies which adds upto 9 yrs(BS + 5yrs experience),since i have applied in EB2.
If i add my last four company experience, it will give lessthan 5 years. But my attorney mentioned only the last four companies in the I-485 application. Is it ok?
Do the INS verifies or compares I-140 and I-485 information?
