I hope I am posting this at the right place.
After having worked for 6 years in US and no GC to show for. I jumped company using my previous company's approved LC. They have a labor which they are planning to use.
The education qual of that says 'M.S. or equiv' with major field of study 'Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equiv.' Also it allows you to substitute masters with bachlors with 6 years of experience.
Now I have a MBA from US with a Bach in commerce from India and over 6 years of experience in IT-Software field.
Question: Can my degrees, MBA or B.Com be considered equiv to M.S or Bach ??? I know it is the major field of study that is the problem, but does it help that I have studied 2 papers on Maths and 1 on Statistics in B.Com.
People are telling me that the Nebraska center is very strict. Is that true ?
Anybody had similar problems ???
