Hi
I have one question regarding H1B Transfer and new employer.

I have H1B for Company A and I got it transfer to company B.

Is it mandatory that I have to work for Company B, as of now I am still working
with Company A and having my pay stuff generated every month?.In fact I never ever worked for Company B and told them of me, no more interested in joining their Company.I had official talk and emails regarding the same.

If no than what should I do to continue my employment with Company A, as I am not interested in working with Company B?

I would let you Know I am on H1-B status( Was F-1) .I dont have any H1B Stamped.
So would it be any troublesome to get it stamped coz of this situation?

Any reply would be of good help to me.

Thanks

from what i heard, you can transfer as many times as you want.
if your transfer has already been approved for company B you just need officially to transfer back to company A
there should be no problem with that.
but you must work for the company that your visa is approved for, therefore you need to take care of your documents and file a transfer to comapny A.

p.s. do you know how to look for a company who would help with the transfer.

thank you

Reg H1 transfer

I worked for a company on OPT, went back to India and got stamped. After coming back I changed my employer and My h1 is approved. Am I out of status in that gap of 1 month (coming back to US and New H1 receipt date)
