Hope you are having a wonderful weekend!!.
I am on OPT. I am with Employer A and my H1B got picked in lottery with employer B and now I also have good offer from Employer C. If my H1B is approved with employer B, can I transfer it to Employer C if my employer B hasn’t revoked my petition, without going into their payroll?
Can you please, help with me with further steps. What I need to do without delays, how can I bring that to Employer C.
