Regarding h1 transfer and vacation. Please help me as this is urgent

Right now I am working for company A and I got a good offer from company B and my H1 petion has been transferred by company B. I want to join company B after a short vacation to INDIA. Can I go for vacation to india and come back with same old visa sponsored by company A. Does it create any problems at the port of entry? Please help me by clarifying my doubts. Thanks in advance.

No Problem

As per my knowledge, its not a problem as long as you have H1B tranfer approval papers with you and previous H1B VISA stamp is still valid.

While coming back to USA, At port of entry u can show ur approval papers and you will get new I-94 for the validty period of new approval.
